What is the use of bile in my body?

Hey, do you know what bile is? No, it's not what you feel when you see your ex with someone else. Bile is a yellow-green fluid that your liver makes to help you digest fats. It also gets rid of some waste products from your body, like old red blood cells and extra cholesterol. Bile is stored in your gallbladder, a small organ under your liver. When you eat something fatty, your gallbladder squeezes out some bile into your small intestine, where it mixes with the food and breaks down the fat into smaller pieces.
This way, you can absorb the fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K from your food. Bile also helps to neutralize the acid from your stomach, so it doesn't burn your intestines. Bile is pretty cool, right? Well, not really. It's actually quite sticky and has a nasty smell. And sometimes, it can cause problems if it gets blocked or infected. For example, if you have too much cholesterol in your bile, it can form hard stones in your gallbladder that can cause pain and inflammation. This condition is called gallstones, and it can be very painful.
Sometimes, you may need surgery to remove your gallbladder if the stones are too big or too many. Another problem that can happen with bile is cancer. Bile duct cancer is a rare type of cancer that affects the tubes that carry bile from the liver to the small intestine. It can cause symptoms like jaundice (yellowing of the skin and eyes), itching, weight loss, and abdominal pain. Bile duct cancer is hard to diagnose and treat, and it has a poor prognosis. So, as you can see, bile is not something you want to mess with.
It's best to keep your liver and gallbladder healthy by eating a balanced diet, avoiding alcohol and drugs, and getting regular check-ups. And if you ever feel any pain or discomfort in your upper right abdomen, don't ignore it. It could be a sign of something serious. Talk to your doctor as soon as possible.
