Everybody loves granola. It's not just for the #fitfam. It's a healthy meal for everyone. I know some of my friends that hide their Abiolas granola from their kids because they love to devour it in one swoop. I encourage them to share the love and healthy indulgence and stop the hoarding. So yes, children can eat granola too. By children, I mean children from age four upwards.
You can either turn it into an otmeal for your loved ones or simply serve it with yoghurt or milk. Some children can be picky eaters and find dates or raisins a turn-off. While some children are just allergic to nuts. My suggestion is to go for the variant that your child is tolerant to, either fruitilicious or nutty by nature.
